Shortage of Dal...
Biggest indian store in phoenix doesn't have thoor dal. Easiest and fastest way of cooking for bachelors are to just boil dal and palak. Hope this gets resolved asap...

just to let everyone know, i found toor dal on ishopindian.com. the local price was almost twice what i paid on the site.
