Microsoft and Linux are chasing each other in Enterprise IT Market,
Where there is a huge investment of billion dollars.
Microsoft claims that Linux fails throughly in the Server Market.

Linux claims that thier Lamp Tools are the best and it covers 2/3 of WWW.

This whitepaper at microsoft site explains througly abt Enterprise TCO,Security,Maintenance,etc.
