After picking MR's Nayakan for the 100 Best Films, he has chosen Mani Ratnam's maiden colloboration with A R Rahman, Roja, as one of the Best Soundtracks. Congrats Rahman. Still I can remember the day,when I first watched 'Chinna Chinna Aasai' in Doordarshan new songs programme..(I think it was in 1992).. Fantastic composing and different from the ritual IR tunes..I started glueing to him from then.
