All states in USA to any prominent country has bunch of punjabi restaurants. In Bangalore,i used to like Aaloo/Gobi Parrata of Lalithas,Domlur and Swaadh, Jeevan bhima nagar. The one restaurant in CMH Road opposite to Sukh Sagar is worth trying.
