Micorsoft buying eBay
Talks r on... Looks like Microsoft is very keen on classifieds and "click" advertising. eBay proclaims that it is powered by SUN when the whole application runs by http://my.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll. Ada Kadavulae. Architect in my neighbouring firm once said, "It requires thrice the amount of cerebrum to write a DLL than a EJB !!"
Fanaa & Pudhupettai
Fanaa - Honest review
Fanaa - konjam over thaan ?
It's time for Ravi K. Chandran to concentrate little bit on tamil too.
Pudhupettai !!
Looks like Yuvan's Music and Arvind Krishna's Photography using 35 MM Camera is rocking the movie. my brother has watched the movie in bangalore and found that second half of the movie is not as dazzling as first half. I have honest hope on Selva's dialogues and slick editing.

Writer Sujatha
All the books of writer sujatha are available online now th' this site. Even though the site is getting ready ( Novels are yet to be loaded ), I really admire how this (young?) writer still has time to write dialogues for 2-3 movies parallely, write articles on leading tamil magazines, do research on azhwars and old tamil books like "Puranaaanuru", read about the latest happenings around 9 plantes from Pizza Uthapam to Nano Technology.
Probably he is one kind of Astaavadhaani who has the maximum capablity to do 10 jobs at the same time and complete it to the surest best level. like they call it in six sigma, 3.4 defective parts per million.
Who can forget his Patriotic dialogues in "Roja" or Naugthy one in "Boys" or Situational/Sentimental dialogues in "Kandukondaen Kandukondaen" or GarudaPuranam in "Anniyan" or Lokparitan in "Aayudha Ezhuthu". If you really wanna love his movie dialogues and wanted to know how good a story telling should be, Watch Writer Madhivaanaan alias Maddy in "Kannathil Muthamitaal".
During my 8th standard, the main motivation behind going th' this chap novel was his TV serial "En Iniya Iyandhira". I started going to libraries in madurai in search of Sujatha Novels. Got a change to read around 10 of his novels. I still preserve "Katradhum Paetradhum" as the biggest treasure or mini encyclopedia.
BTW, is our man scribbling dialogues for Maniratnam's "Guru" too ?
Fanaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....
certainly i don't want to see any chopra movies. even am not a big fan of kajol. but i like aamir. i dont have any respect to all these chopra movies. they suck. i remember watching kal ho naa ho for first 45 mintues and bunty our babli, hum tum (gosh, how can they even imagine boring stories and screenplay them to kill us) were completed in 15 minutes using "Fast Forward technique".
Disclaimer:
Fast forward technique is a patent of sathish kumar c.r.

Da Vinci - Don't Miss it....
2 hrs fiction. Exotic locations and 'Mysterious'(??) thriller.
The biggest mistake the director committed is that he has done all his attempts to make a straight forward cinema from the novel without even adding pinch of masala. Probably the toughest job should have been slick editing. I was expecting good engima kind of european music in the background. it wasn't good. photography was addorable. nothing great.
BTW, Dont get outside for popcorn if you are watching the movie in phoenix. there were church people giving away pamphlet containing sunday mass & their church bishop answering Dan brown's Question.
Can you belive, they asked my friend, smoking outside, to get baptised ?

ITC gearing up for Rs 5,000-cr foray into toilet soap business
Pehle Aap is the tagline FMCG major ITC is working on finalising to mark its maiden foray into the Rs 5,000 crore toilet soaps business with ‘Superia’ brand of products.
The entry will, for the first time, put ITC in direct conflict with industry leader and sector veterans Hindustan Lever( 55.9 marketshare), Godrej Conusmer Products(9.4%), Wipro Consumer Care(6.6%) and Nirma.
ITC is also expected to launch two variants of Superia shampoos along with its toilet soaps.
The Superia brand campaign featuring Pehle Aap and the products will hit the market very soon.
Currently, the company is fine-tuning its integrated marketing plan prior to the formal launch of Superia and may decide to change it later. ITC has already kicked off its dealer education programme prior to the launch, sources said.

Google is modifiying its video service to compete with youtube. i don't think google can compete with these guys. i dont think it has won the battle with yahoo mail too even though their ajax enabled GMail saves the draft. it all depends when you started your shop...
